Christine Wenzel is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Global Health and works as an Undergraduate Research Intern at the Center on Gender Equity and Health in the Division of Infectious Diseases and Global Public Health at the UCSD School of Medicine, under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Wagman. Her current work is on “UC Speaks Up”, examining campus perceptions of healthy relationships and related campus resources, in addition to a project focused on sex education and violence prevention, conducting interviews and creating transcriptions. Her other interests include environmental health, sustainability, and global health policy, and she ultimately hopes to work in project management. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, exploring San Diego, and watching movies with friends.
