Claire Amabile, BA, is a Research Project Coordinator at the Fielding School of Public Health in the Department of Community Health Sciences at UCLA. She works primarily in sexual assault prevention and intervention, helping to coordinate the “UC Speaks Up” study, though is interested in universal violence prevention. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from UCSB, with minors in English and Feminist Studies and will  begin the Masters of Public Health program at UCLA in the Fall. Her research interests include sexual assault prevention and intervention, violence against animals prevention and intervention, and intersectional approaches to public health.
